cath is a big dumb slutty simpleton but the thing that endears him to me so much is that he’s 10000 years old but still knows there’s things to learn

he didn’t ‘grow up’, he just came into existence one day and then when he was suddenly forced to live around humans constantly it was a slow and slippery slope learning not only english, but how to act and react to and around people. he’s still learning and he’s still growing and he likes doing these things. he genuinely enjoys learning something new and being corrected when he does something wrong because his biggest goal in life is to be “normal” and seen as a “regular person” and he can’t do that without help and guidance and i think that makes him strong af and EXTREMELY fun to write
